Raimy is an accomplished professional with a broad background with 20 years in the real estate industry. This exemplifies her successful record of experience in the areas of sales, marketing, training, and management.

Since starting her career in 1989 in a suppressed economy, she was involved in all fields of real estate including single family, multi-family, and commercial. With her positive attitude and strong aptitude for learning, she was able to acquire extensive experience.

She started by assisting in various residential, advertising, and marketing programs and quickly moved into commercial management and sales.

In 1992, she was responsible for developing the Fee Management Division, handling a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout the east coast. In addition to management and sales, she gained valuable experience in finance.

By 1994, Raimy had joined McNeil Real Estate, a national management company as marketing and sales trainer. After 18 months, she was promoted to National Director of Marketing, Sales, and Training. She successfully conceptualized, implemented, and maintained the company’s national advertising campaigns as well as directly supervised four regional sales trainers with over 150 sales people under her department.

A dynamic and motivated speaker, Raimy delivered seminars across the nation. She has traveled over 250,000 miles presenting her innovative and cutting edge workshops. Working hard to keep up with today’s challenges, she presented programs to both on-site and corporate personnel. Bringing creativity and quality to her presentations, she was asked to speak at several national conferences including Multi-Housing World in 1995, 1996, 1997.

In 1997, Raimy left the road to immerse herself in a new challenge, Atlanta’s booming real estate market. She found her niche with the nation’s largest home builder Pulte Home Corporation. Each and every year of her employment, she received many prestigious awards, among them earning the title of “Top Salesperson of the Year”, an acknowledgement of her professionalism, accuracy and her phenomenal sales record.

In 2000, she changed her focus from volume building to custom condominium sales ranging from $300,000 to $3,000,000 and contributing to over 30 million in sales in just three months.

Since 2001, with intense vision and drive, she opened a dynamic Real Estate Company (selling over 200 million).
